"iLone speaks about us and how technology has undeniably transformed the way we interact with one another, but it has also brought about a disconnection from reality. With the advent of smartphones, social media platforms, and virtual reality, our social interactions have become increasingly digitized. Instead of engaging in face-to-face conversations, we find ourselves glued to our screens, scrolling through endless feeds and messaging apps. This reliance on technology has led to a lack of genuine connection and meaningful relationships. We often prioritize virtual interactions over real-life experiences, valuing the number of likes on a post rather than the quality of our interactions. The constant presence of technology has also resulted in a loss of presence and mindfulness, as we are constantly distracted by notifications and the need to be constantly connected.

In order to truly reconnect with reality and foster authentic social interactions, it is important to find a balance between the benefits of technology and the need for honest human connection."
